I've always had a particular passion for 2 appellations: Saint-Péray and Cornas

I've always had a particular passion for 2 "small" (in terms of surface area) appellations: Saint-Péray, all white, and its neighbor Cornas, all red. I've always loved Saint-Péray and worked it into my wine lists. First of all "en bulles" (bubbles), which are obviously not sufficiently recognized, but are so cheerful and radiant. As for the still wines, whether blended or single-varietal, they're full-bodied, gourmet and serious at the same time. Complete, complex wines with unsuspected ageing potential.
