The estate exists since the 18th century, which is why it exudes history with its two-level cellars. Legend has it that the first bottle of sparkling Saint-Péray was made in this very place in the middle of the 19th century.

Since then, the experience of the generations has been passed down and extended and has allowed the estate to grow. Today Stéphan Chaboud, a direct descendant of the 6th generation, and Charlène Cellier, who arrived in June 2020 to partner the estate, manage the 14 hectares of vineyards in AOC Saint-Péray, AOC Cornas, AOC Saint Joseph and AOC Crozes-Hermitage.
