Founded in 1834 on the hillside of Hermitage, in Tain l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné wine estate is the guardian of an exceptional legacy, encompassing the most renowned terroirs of the northern Rhone Valley. 120 hectares of vines extending from Cornas to Côte-Rôtie. Under the guidance of Caroline Frey, precise winemaking combined with meticulous care for our vines allows us to produce tailor-made wines which are certified organic since 2016.
