Laurent Fayolle's unique wine estate lies at the heart of the historic part of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. Here Laurent and Céline have brought a new vision to the family estate, making the most of a heritage of 150 years. Laurent is convinced that the future lies in natural and sustainable methods. This oenologist works with precision to bring out the nuances that each parcel of the terroir has to offer. He strives to reveal the quintessence, while breathing real modernity into his wines. The result is unusual wines expressing their terroir with finesse and elegance. This ensures that, at the moment of tasting, the wine builds that intimate bridge between people where meeting and sharing also light up the discovery of a wine.
