A.O.C SAINT-PERAY: on 0.9 hectare on the hillside. Clay-granitic soil. Varietals MARSANNE 80%, ROUSSANNE 20%. Age of the vines: 10 and 40 years old.

Vinified in concrete vats and large wooden barrels. Temperature 17 to 18 °C. Malo-lactic fermentation completed and aged in concrete vats and wooden barrels for 12 months. Bottled by gravity without filtration.

Quite discreet in its youth, this wine needs a year or two to fully express the very mineral terroir of SAINT-PERAY, as well as the distinct aromas of MARSANNE and ROUSSANNE. A touch of flint and fennel remain giving the wine even more vivacity.
